Shipping Info


Shipping questions:

  • We ship daily Monday thru Friday.

  • We ship orders the same business day or the next.

  • Every product in stock listed on our site is ready to ship; if a product is out of stock, it says so in the description as well as when you put it in your shopping cart.

  • Yes, we do gift certificates. Really cool ones actually. Our gift certificates are custom laminate cards in a custom gift envelope made to order for each special gift. Send us an email or purchase one here and we'll hook you up with what you need.

  • Yes, we'll ship your gifts to another address, just put the address in the "ship to " address field when you place your order. If you want us to include a note or message, let us know when you order. We also gift wrap if you need it.


    Orders placed via the web site before 10 am EST are processed and shipped that business day. Expect immediate receipt of a confirmation email with order details. A second email will be sent with shipping details when the order is shipped. For orders with a specific "need by" date please note that information in the comments section during the checkout process. If you need expidited shipping after 10am please call 540-745-3085 to ensure we can get your package out that day.

    If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately, there's a problem somewhere! First check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please check your registration information on our website to be sure that your email address is correct. In the same place, check your order history for a record of the order. If your order is not in your order history, then your order did not get placed and your credit card did not get charged. If the order is in your account history, then we've got your order but your email got lost, somehow. So call us or shoot us a quick email. We check often our email often and respond quickly.

    General Shipping Details:

  • We prefer to ship via USPS. It is less costly for you, easier for us, and we like our Post Office.

  • Shipping charges are based on the sum of the actual product weights and the box.

    International orders can be shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail International. Tracking is not available for First Class shipments, and the post office does not guarantee arrival at any particular time. Priority shipments come with limited tracking, and expedited arrival, typically within 2 weeks. However, once the item leaves the country we can't track it down, and the speed of its arrival depends on how fast it gets through your country's customs department. We have done what we can to speed this process up by clearly labeling the contents, but other then that, there is nothing that can be done. Also, please note, RAGGEDedge is not responsible for any international custom charges, duties or taxes and cannot determine in advance what these charges will be.
