Shipping Info Shipping questions: Every product in stock listed on our site is ready to ship; if a product is out of stock, it says so in the description as well as when you put it in your shopping cart. We ship orders the same business day or the next. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is the default shipping method for all products. Yes, we do gift certificates. Really cool ones actually. Our gift certificates are custom laminate cards in a custom gift envelope made to order for each special gift. Send us an email or purchase one here and we'll hook you up with what you need. Yes, we'll ship your gifts to another address, just put the address in the "ship to " address field when you place your order. If you want us to include a note or message, let us know when you order. We also gift wrap if you need it. Orders placed via the web site before 12 pm EST are processed and shipped that business day. Expect immediate receipt of a confirmation email with order details. A second email will be sent with shipping details when the order is shipped. For orders with a specific "need by" date please note that information in the comments section during the checkout process. If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately, there's a problem somewhere! First check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please check your registration information on our website to be sure that your email address is correct, in the same place, check your order history for a record of the order. If your order is not in your order history, then your order did not get placed and your credit card did not get charged. If the order is in your account history, then we've got your order but your email got lost, somehow. So call us or shoot us a quick email. We check often our email often and respond quickly. General Shipping Details: We're sensitive to the rising cost of shipping... so: Unless specified, we prefer to ship via USPS. It's less costly for you, easier for us, and we like our Post Office. Shipping charges are based on the sum of the actual product weights and a fixed cost for a shipping box. Note that both UPS and USPS round up to the nearest lb; our calculation method does not pad the weight and falsely force an order over a lb price point. There are no additional "handling" fees for orders. We use the UPS shipping calculation/module to determine ship costs, as do most online stores. It is not perfect. If your shipping costs are quoted at a ridiculous number, far more than it actually costs, we will surprise you and credit back to you a portion of your shipping charges. International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class.
