Return Policy

RAGGEDedge: Need to return something?
 

 

  • Please notify us via email (gear@raggededgegear.com) that you would like to make a return.
  • Products in NEW condition are returnable for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within that timeframe.
  • For holiday gifts purchased after Thanksgiving, returns and exchanges will be accepted until Jan 15th.
  • Products purchased from the VIP section are final sale items, returns will not be accepted for these closeout items.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the returnee. Shipping costs will be applied and charged for exchanged items.
  • Custom items are not returnable unless there is a defect with the workmanship.
