We will cover the damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials; at our option, RAGGEDedge has the right to repair or replace merchandise. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling, ordinary wear and tear or common carrier damage.

Products in new condition are fully returnable for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Site credits are good for one year from date of issue.

Gifts may be exchanged or a site credit issued towards the purchase of another item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the returnee. Shipping costs will be applied and charged for exchanged items.

All products, except wallets, folders and portfolios, will be refunded or credited for the full purchase amount. For wallets, folders and portfolios, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be valued at $3 less than purchase amount is to offset initial shipping costs.
